FD620D governor and max rpm

What is the max rpm of FD620D

It's governed at 3600 RPM where it also makes it's maximum power.

Thanks Mike. I just wanted to be sure I put it all back together correctly. That is right around where it stops when I hold the throttle at WOT in neutral. Also I figured out why after I cleaned the carb the idle rpms were lower....because the carbon buildup on the throttle blade/carb throat was holding it open.
