having difficulty (engine coils)

might sound like an odd question, but if i could get some help, i am trying to test my external coils not sure exactly how to aprroach the situation or where to sart if you could lead me in the right direction i would appriciate the help.

What engine are you working on and what problem are you trying to solve?

When I had my coils tested, I took them to a marina that worked on outboards and such and they tested them for me. You could probably go to just about any tractor, boat, or car shop that does heavy engine work. Just call around. Somebody near you is bound to have a Coil continuity tester.
