i change a pushrod et set the valves on the engine of my argo frontier and i can t not start it ..the sparks are ok and i got gas..do you have an idea of what s wrong

Do a compression test to see if you have cylinder pressure, if it is low you may have them(rocker arms) too tight. If you dont have a compression tester, pull the plug and stick your finger over the hole and crank the engine. You will not be able to keep the pressure in, if it doesnt push your finger off the hole then the valves are adjusted too tight. There will be a spec for valve clearances in the service manual or on a sticker on the valve cover.

I did not know that engine has a compression release. 50 PSI is low, is this machine fuel injected?

Did you have to change the push rod because it was bent? If so, what probably happened was the engine got hot, the valve guide moved in the head, the push rod got bent when the rocker bottomed out on the guide, the valve was open when piston came up and is now bent and not seating. If that happened, you'll have to replace the head. This is a common occurance on a Vanguard if they get overheated, usually happens when there is a critter nest under the shroud.
