  • Fd620 running on 1 cylinder under load

I got my carb problem sorted out, she is idling and revving ok, running on both cylinders.

When I put it into gear and try to move the machine only runs on the front cylinder.

I have changed plugs and run some ATF in my fuel.

Should I take off rocker cover and check for sticking valve?

    Cheers Rory

me thinks you are correct sir.likely have a push rod popped out from under the rocker.my valve train was all sticky and the rod kept popping out.

Sorted, sticky valve, free'd off and push rod refitted. Rod not bent, looked good, runs great now.

The 20hp Kawi hates old fuel, and any water in the fuel. Both issues can cause the valves to get sticky.
Sounds like you got her figured
