I've always had trouble with flats and wonder if anyone has ever had their tires filled with foam like is done to tractor tires ? Thanks for any thoughts on this.

I had flats. Driving in the soap weeds and sand of Nebraska I would loose the beads all the time. Pain in the backside. Slime did not help. I glued the tires on with a bead sealant and have not had that problem again.
But...
I have flats. Every trip I have taken with my tracks causes me a days work removing the tracks to re-seat tire beads so I can re-install my tracks. Pain in the backside. Literally. The bead sealant is not up to this task. I have high hopes for the Permatex High Tack for this season. Fingers crossed.
I read about foam filling tires. Folks in the thorny Texas rough do this with their tires and snowcats do it with their idler tires. It is heavy, hard (so you would have no suspension), and pretty darn expensive. Folks do try lumber store spray foam (like GREAT STUFF) but that foam is too friable and I did not find one experimenter that suggested anything close to success.

I have tried high tack in the past. Did not work. My Max is a 93. Found that my side walls were week compared to newer tiers. I replaced all six. Much stiffer side walls. I run the original Max winter tracks untilled my adair tracks get here. I have not had a flat since. When my new tracks do get here I am going to sell my winter tracks if any one is interested.

Actually, I fear my only hope is new tires. I suspect that if you spin a bead for awhile (like if you are a few miles away from the truck) then you lose the grip the bead had and it won't work right ever again.
But I still have my fingers crossed.

More often than not its a combination of soft side walls and cheapy wheels with no beadlock design. You can get a new set (tires and wheels) and I would just fill them with the green slime and you should be good to go.
I had a similar problem with the old tires and wheels on my tan Max2. A new set of tires even with the permatex wasn't a complete solution as I almost always debeaded at least one tire per outing. I finally switched to the later design wheel and that fixed the problem. My original factory wheels are now on a garden trailer with 2 axles which gave me two spares as well-for that application they work well.
