Contact Pattie at Interco, she's very helpful: PCampbell@intercotire.com
Here's the last email I got from her:
Jeff:
The ASX design (sidewall lugs on only one side) is the standard for this model and the one we are bringing back. If all goes well with the factory we should have these tires in inventory by the end of May; maybe sooner but these things are hard to judge.
Please keep in touch and I will advise on progress.
We sincerely appreciate your interest.

Dear Santa...tired of waiting...and being nice all the time...cancel my ASX order. There are better tires out there now and you don't have to play nice to have them.

most people really do want new information and video....this is what helps them become informed. I'm sure more information and comparisons will follow. Availability is worth something. I'll say thanks again for sharing!
My guess (from what I've seen) so far is that the Vendetta stacks up pretty well in those categories. I have no idea about price or longevity, but it sounds like the build quality is great.

Ride quality, mudding ability, longevity, price, water speed? Before you say there are better tires out there, you should probably present some facts. Just because you have them doesn't make them better than another tire. It depends on what someone is doing with their machine.....general all around use, deep mud, hard pack terrain, rocky terrain, etc. Plus, the Mudd Ox tires are new and aren't out there being used by many people on different machines in a variety of terrains. That's great that Matt took the initiative to develop them, but they need to be tested and put through their paces for a period of time so we all know what they'll be capable of. I hope they work great and are just what we're all looking for, because the more tires like that for our small niche market, the better. But your statement saying that "there are better tires out there now" without providing a real world comparison holds no value. Also, nobody has taken any orders for the ASX tires, it was just a tentative list to show the folks at Interco that there's a large demand in the AATV world for them.

In really serious mud that has very little water in it, I don't see the new Vendetta tires holding a candle to the tried and proven ASX tire. For the forum members that like to really challenge themselves in their machines when driving through mud holes that have thick mud and very little water for propulsion, the ASX tires will win hands down every time.
I'd bet money on that wager!
Being lighter, with better floatation in deep water and watery mud, isn't what I look for in a tire when choosing them for my amphib. Even if I had to pay more money for the ASX tire, it's still a better mud tire than the Vendetta tire any day of the week. The wide ASX tire also gives great floatation as well in muddy conditions. The ASX tire will mud better, and have enough water performance to suit most forum members when looking for a good compromise in a tire for their machine. My amphibious friends and I care very little about water performance ,but enjoy finding serious mud holes that stops the 4-wheelers, atv's and jeeps, and show them what a real machine can do. You take two machines to the Texas mud nationals, one fitted with the Vendetta tires and the other machine fitted with ASX tires, and see which machine gets pulled out of the mud more often.

I would take that bet Dave, especially since I would have Adair tracks over The Vendettas. Opps, forgot that one. The Vendettas are better because you can run them in tracks. Dave why would you go to the Mud Nationals without tracks anyways?

I imagine the Vendetta has a weight rating that is higher? and no doubt a tread pattern much better suited for track use, in addition if wanted. It's well known that if straight mud is what you're after, then running on just tires doesn't really make much sense.
