Today was the first day I actually got to use my supertracks on the argo and like others are finding out, wow. We got about 20" of snow and really the only time I needed tracks. At first I was a little let down but soon realized there is a slight technique to using them but once I got it I was amazed at the capability, like a whole new toy. The first time my wife and daughters were begging for rides. Zipping around in the streets was fun and the looks we got was funny. I am a big tank and tracked vehicle enthusiast so this first outing was the balls. I can definately say that from the swimming, mudding, trail riding, tracks and passenger capacity, I won't ever be going back to 4 wheelers except my Land Cruiser. I can't wait till April to order my Adair tracks! At first I had to remember to hold the rollbar getting out of it because my foot would sink deeper into the snow than the argo. Just had to tell someone who could identify.

Sounds like fun. I know that storm was a mess but at least it gave you a good excuse to get out and play.

Pics and Vid would be good

Just a note though, from reading your OP. Your Supertracks will not swim.

Oh, never mind, I see you intend to order some Adair Tracks.......
What version of Adairs are you looking to get? I have the Chained version 18.5" wide and the Belted Version as well.

Hey RD, I plan to get the 14.5 chained version. It's rare we get this much sno so the 14.5 should be a good choice for all my needs generally. I like the belted but want a little more floatation for the usual snow we get here. I love the tracks on the machine and what it can do, not to mention it's a smoother ride. I can see running the adairs all the time except for deep snow. I have a video of me and the girls in the street zipping around I'll see if I can load it here.
