Running different tires

is it ok to run different tires or does it cause any problems? tire wear or stress on other parts? tires area a lot cheaper in the states than in canada, or maybe i have been looking in the wrong places. if anyone knows of cheap tires in canada please let me know.

I am running Duro brand 4 ply tires on my rig they work just fine. $50 ea. I think they are hf243's
