I have a 1997 conquest 8x8 the tracks are getting worn pretty bad. Has any one added cleats or anything else to the tracks from wearing out?

You could try adding some 1/4 cleats be they rubber,plastic or steel( which would be heavy) or aluminum (costly), I would guess 1" to 1-1/2" wide across with of tracks might work using the existing ice cleat mounting holes should distribute the weight properly and improve traction some. If your tracks are wore tread wise the pins are probably bad also.sigpic
