I just bought a set of 26x12x12 Vampire tires for my Max VI and they are rubbing the tub. How should I go about reshaping the tub to accommodate the larger tires???

There are several ways to do it. If you will search the site you will find a few threads on it. Here is a photo of how I did mine. I did this on both my Max II and Max IV. On the Max IV, I nailed several more pieces of wood together to form a wider template:
Another way, if you have a roll cage, is to hang your Max from the roll cage so that the body sag is eliminated. -

You also need to be careful to select tires that are under 25" as MaxII's have an axle to axle spacing of exactly 25"......True 25" tires will rub each other.
