Can I mount 21x11x8 tires on 21x12x8 wheels?

You shouldn't have a problem mounting a 12" wide tire on an 8x8 or even an 8x7 rim. You wouldn't be able to mount them on 9" tall rims, but the width isn't as important.l like to buy stuff and no I don't do payments! -
