  • Smooth riding 26 or 27 x 12 tires????

Can anyone recommend 26 or 27x12" tires that are smooth on rough trails and are very durable. Live in Arizona where the trails can be Rock Gardens.

I bet she and whipper can make any 26" or 27" tire ride really smooth. Just ask them, and they can make it happen for you.

I think the tire you are looking for is the AMS Swamp Fox plus. They are made from natural rubber, puncture resistant, I ran a set of the 27x12x12 tires on my MaxIV. Inflated to 2 1/2 psi these tires will sit 26 inches tall on a MaxIV rim. They are extremely tough all around trail tire and rode about twice as good at the 26" Goodyear Terra tires. If you take a look at the attached video you can see the type of conditions I ran these tires in and never had anything close to a puncture. They barely swim but they do swim. These same tires are now mounted on racer3's Hustler. The only thing better in the mud is an vampire ASX or a Kenda Executioner.

I have attached a link for you to get a look at these tires.
