Looking into putting tracks on my max ll what is the better choice for spacing the wheels offset rims or wheel spacers.

offset rims seem like the way to go if available. The tire centerline and therefore the leverage on the axle hub flange/lug studs should be equal on the two options. However, eliminating the weight, imperfections in wheel spacer fabrication (squareness) and an extra set of lug studs/nuts that need to stay tight.....is a very good thing. -
If the small increase in track width (when on tires) matters, then wheel spacers for track use might be the better option.Comment
