pros and cons of different track systems

Just wondering if I can get some honest input on pros and cons of the different track systems out there. I understand that everyone has their own requirement and use for different terrians. I am looking for weight, best terrian, durability, price, repairability, swimming, snow vs mud vs swamp, effects on machine drive system, application of winter kits, etc. whatever you can come up with....just trying to get all track info in one tread ....cheers

Every single track system has its pro and cons,the first thing would be what kind of terrain you are going to mostly use them in,and then zero in on the track system that fits your application the best.You might not even need tracks.
The best thing I could offer, is go back and read all the stuff written here about tracks,and go from there.I think its best to get different perspectives from different people, who live in different parts of the world,who are up against different terrain issues. A local view from someone who is happy with there track setup running the same terrain as you might be the best way to start.

I am very happy with my Adair pro series with ice cleats. I ran them in the summer fall and winter. They are awesome in the swamp and the snow ( any depth) but IMO they are too aggressive in non frozen conditions with the ice cleats. I will either take the cleat and rubber extension off or install a less aggressive cleat until there is at least 6" of snow.
