adding paddles to rubber tracks

I have some older waffle tracks for my Max IV and the ridges are pretty worn or torn off. After reading a few threads, I think adding rubber paddles would best suit my needs. I plan on only riding with tracks in deep snow and may occasionally run on dry pavement to get to the trails. I've seen a few custom paddle mods, but I was wondering if there are any precut paddles I could buy anywhere?

look in the mcmaster carr catalog online under conveyor belting and accessories. they sell rubber bolt on cleats. i believe you can cut them to length. good luck. johnboy va.
