What Tires for 18" Supertracks

I am looking into getting new tires for use with my 18" super tracks. I have a set of rawhide3 for when i am not using my tracks. So what would be the best and cheapest tires to use for my track.

I run runamucks but they are out of production. Not many options. Size in case you don't know is 22x10x8 for the supertracs.
