  • ITP mudlite

I just put a set of ITP mudlite tires on my Max II , They are truned around for mudd. I just had it in water today and it won't swim at all. Does anyone know how it would work if I turned some of the tires the other direction?

They will have to be on "backwards" to do any good at all. Just switch the left tires to the right, no need to take them off the rim. Recreatives sold those tires on a new Max II for the past few years but I've never seen one in action. Let us know!

They will move you in the water VERY slowly, but you have to be just off idle. If you spin the tires too fast, it will stop your forward momentum.
I'm running the Super Grip Super Lites with the same tread pattern....love the ride, hate the swimming. I have tried the tread both ways, and in combinations, but it doesn't seem to make any difference.

Yep, tried the tread both ways and it doesn,t swim very well, Guess If I am going to be in the deep water I will put the chevron type back on. Those mudlites really work well on the ground and mud.
