  • 1" HDPE 100, any good ?

Hi gents, I may, and I repeat "may", have possibly found a supply of some free HDPE 100 about 1" thick. Question is, will this be any use for track crossers / grousers. HDPE is an extortionate price over here so trying to find a cheaper way of doing things.
OK, it's bright yellow but I can live with that

True mike, very true. Garage space is at a premium here though, and workshop space, and factory space I'm one of life's hoarders I afraid, if it looks like it may be useful one day then I keep it.

I'd post pics but I don't think I have a lens wide enough to get all the junk in

Actually, pics of folks work shops / garages would probably be a good idea. It may make some of us feel a little better about the state of our own

I'd take it home with you. HDPE cuts great and could be used for many things, not just tracks.
