Has anyone drilled a hole through their wheel to create an access to grease the zerk instead of having to drop the tracks every time? is this possible? What size of bit would you use? any information would help. or any ideas on greasing with the tracks on.

Drill holes through wheel to access grease zerk

The new Argo wheels have holes in them for this when paired with the HD bearings that have a zerk that sticks straight out. I upgraded my front axles to HD with HD bearings so I drilled holes in my front wheels. Nothing special: picked a bit that made a big enough hole and eyeballed where it should go. Didn't get CNC accuracy but does get the job done. Deburr so you don't cut stuff like your fingers or grease hose.
