  • Rail shims for Max IV tracks

Does anybody know the thickness of the shims used for the rails to run on a Max IV/Buffalo? I know I can buy them online, but I'd like to make my own using an old truck bed liner I have lying around.

1/4" is ok basicly they are the same thickness as the skid plates. You will notice the center bearing cage isn't on any skid plate material. The shim is to keep the outer rail straight. I've had vehicles with small stacks of flat washers in place of the plastic shims.
