Is that L- channel that you are using? I am on my phone so I can't tell. Your tracks look a lot like the ones that came with my 93 maxll! Their performance on ice was great. They would allow me to climb up on ice in shallow water where no 4x4 would dare! Wheel spacers and split ring locking collars "at a minimum, front and rear axles on both sides of the machine" to keep axel's in place! Also, make sure that your tiers are seated well. Over inflate then take the air back down to where you plan on running them. This should help with the flat tier thing that happens. What size wheel spacers do you plan on running. Not only will they save your tub, but they look great as well!

I plan on using 2 and a half inch wheel spacers. I am using 2 belting clips on each belt (2 belts per track) to connect them. My dad built these and never finished them then i finished them when i boughtbhis max 850t. Its just 1 inch strap he used to buold the guides. He had a jig all set up for cutting and bending them.
