avenger tire problem

hi there I have a 2013 750 hdi avenger and I have lumps comming out in the sidewalls of the tires,they are the carlile 189.
i take a couple of tires off the rims and the tires are coming apart from the inside,all the lining is letting go.
i talked to the the dealer and they said they never heard of any problem with the tires.
just wondering if anyone have any problems with their tires

yes I have the rubber tracks

I run the tires with 4 lbs of air in them

my bud just blew a sidewall on his new avenger.running tracks with proper air preasure.looks to me like a factory defect.

Common issue with rubber tracks, not warranty able. 4 psi is low, check the chart should f5 c7 c7 r6 as a base and sized, still common.

The guides break the cord in the sidewalls. Correct that 4 psi is to low.

I run 4 lb with no tracks and 5776 with tracks
