max trackin '

deedeelin, locoluie and friends, called adair just for fun and he had a set of max 2 tracks,rims and tires sitting there so i bought them yesterday. half tracks still work but it will be fun joining in at busco with all you guys. i know i will love them. not sure there is any reason to keep my 22'' rawhides and wheels and spacers. seems once people put on the adairs they never come off. will let you know after they are installed and i tear up my swamp and mudhole !! se ya soon. johnboy va.

Johnboy, wait until you see what those tracks will do on a MaxII, I know you are going to love them! On top of all the good things they do for other machines they will gear that little MaxII down. That Max is so light that all you have to do is lean left or right and grab traction, high centers will never be an issue. Love it!!! I an excited for you and you are going to love your new found capabilities!!

thanks mighty, i think my halftracks will be taking a backseat. they were fun to build and worked pretty well, but still took maintenance to keep them going. i will use them for a ground up custom something. just hope we get a good snow soon for the adairs.!! and i will have a great time at busco. johnboy will reply back after my first ride. tracks arrive monday.

flippy , is yours a max 2 or what ? they were on 22'' rawhides but would probably fit others. let me know buddy. i have the rest of the links to make a full track for each side. i pretty much worked all the bugs out of them. may just give them to you or something. johnboy. did'nt you already buy a bunch of metal to build a set ?

I have a max 2 with the Carlisle at101 tires,they are 21 inches high.I bought a bunch of steel but I realize I am going to need more stuff plus some warm weather and ambition!

hey friends,ran the adairs this afternoon. they are definately cool !! tore up the swamp and mud hole a bit. i like how smooth they ride also. looking forward to the real mudding at busco soon. deedee, get yours installed soon. you will love e'm. johnboy va.

i'll get er done. would like to wait for the big snow !! will take videos, thats easy. the hard part was getting on this site !!! not sure about the belted adairs but i really like how easy these were to install. plus they won't stretch. the swamp is iced over. same with the mudholes. i am going to get my neighbor to bring his backhoe over and dig me some more play area now !! later johnboy
