  • Vampires, Swamp Foxes,Carlisle tires

Here are some pictures of tires I have been playing with side by side so every one can see the ride height and tread pattern as they are laid side by side. (all tires are inflated to 2 1/2 psi) First is a 26x12x12 Carlise super lug. Second is a 27x12x12 Swamp Fox Plus, and third is a Vampire 26x12x12. As you can see they all sit about the same height when inflated to 2 1/2 psi and each tire has certain advantages and disadvantages. The Carlisles weigh in at 40 pounds on a Max rim, the Vampires at 45 pounds and the foxes 46 pounds. I will write more about each tire at a latter time after I have had a chance for further testing.

Those Carlisle lugs look pretty deep....my guess is they are probably the best swimmer out of the group, since they look like Rawhides with deeper lugs??

Good work......you and Fuller are now the lead research scientists on the board, with Whipper reminding me of Smokie Yunick
        Hammers should have warning labels.
