Interco Black Mamba

After dragging my maxIV out of storage it has mostly flat and destroyed tires. I'm looking for a new set, that will be a good all around tires for swimming and mud. Has anyone used the black mambas by Interco? If so how are they? If not what would you consider? Lastly I think I have stock rims the tire I have now is a terra 22x11-8nhs. Can I get a 27X11.00-12 mamba on them with out hitting the tub?

According to Interco's site Mamba Lite | Interco Tire, the OD for those particular tires are 26.8". You will most likely have to modify the tub for them to fit. Newer Max IVs have deeper tubs that won't need as much reshaping as older tub versions.

Also, your wheels are 8" in diameter and the Mamba Lites would require that you purchased 12" wheels.

One final note, I doubt that those Mamba Lites will swim. I don't know that for sure though.

12" wheels are VERY common in our AATV 5x4.5" bolt pattern. I think you'd be better off running the Vampire ASX tires. They'll swim, ride smoother, and won't put as much stress on the drive line of your machine.
