  • Frame Rails

    Hi,
I am in the process of putting on tracks for my Max IV. I purchased the machine in July and it came with an additional 6 21' tires and the wheel spacers. On the machine it has the bigger tires and the outer bearing cages already on it. My question is what is a "Frame Rail"?

In one of the advertisements for a Tracks Kit it says that it includes the tracks, spacers, bearing cages (everything I can identify) and frame rails (which I am not sure what they are). I just want to have everything together the day I plan to put the tracks on.

    Thank you!

The frame rails look like another piece of outer frame. They attach to all of the outer bearing mounts with a 1/4" spacer at the center axle. They are notched to drop on without removing the axles. I can't find a pic of mine with them installed. Part # 40117 and #40118 if you want to see them. Max6x6.com

Thank you for the quick response! As the dummy I am I would really love to see a picture in the wild. If anyone can share some that would be great!

      Thanks again msafi65!
