  • Argo standard 13" rubber tracks?

Just saw these and they might be the ticket for me! Anyone try them yet?

I tried to order these 13” “RUBBER TRACKS” as displayed on the Argo website and they are a mistake, believe it or not.
Here they were on a huge manufacturers website and they are a mistake? C’mon Argo...

Thanks for taking the time to report on your unpleasant "discovery". It could save some other members from making the same discovery. I was surprised to see Argo offering such narrow rubber tracks. Lots of people had narrow plastic tracks in the day and seemed to like them for some purposes but claimed little to no success in deep snow and that they were very slippery on hard pack or ice covered side hill. I will continue to hope for an Argo 18" rubber track that swims, but in the meantime the current ones are the best that we have in all snow conditions. My friend and I (with 18 " tracks) have been recruited as the official tow vehicles on some antique " Old Turd "snowmobile runs. It is amazing what we have towed.

Yes, even though we just use our Argo for ice fishing (and some minor woods riding) I did get the scout high centered in a small drift out on the lake. Tracks would have glided over the drift.
There is a gentleman on the lake with the rubber tracks and he is “volunteered” for any towing duty that people get themselves into, although he has broken a belt and a rear chain helping out too much and has sworn off of most towing duties.
