  • 3 bolt pattern hubs?

While most are looking to convert the old 3 bolt pattern hubs to 4 bolt etc. I'm actually in the middle of building a project that utilizes my old 3 bolt balloon tires. However I'm not sure the best solution to mount them up to an axle.

The project is a light duty machine running on 5/8 keyed axles (maybe 3/4" if that's a hub size I can find)

    Any ideas?

I was looking at those liflod thinking about machining my own. The trouble is a set of 4 likely cost more than the entire project. The problem stemming from having to cut a key way into the hub. I was thinking buying some small keyed sprockets than drilling out the 3 hole pattern might be the cheapest solution. Unless someone knows where these could be are still sold. Maybe for a different application.

        Go to Surpluscenter.com.
Look at the weld on sprocket hubs.
        Tractor supply sells them also.

          Find some from an amphicat

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
          Joe Camel never does that.

Advice is free, it's the application that costs.
