Does anyone know if you can put 24x8x10 tires on a 1997 conquest.

Yes you can, but its a tight fit, especially the front 2 on each side.
I have a set of Frontiers that I sometimes run on my Conquests, I have to put the 4 "smallest" ones on the front of the machine and I can only run about 3.5psi max. (maybe a bit more now that they are showing a bit of wear)
