Do these tires stay tall and skinny? Or will they settle in and get wide? They're supposed to be 22x11 but they're looking more like 22x8 or 9 when compared to the original tires that came off, they were 20 or 21x11. I don't mind for the price, just curious, they'll still go where I will be most of the time.

Well I guess I'm riding that boat now too. Lol. I guess it should steer pretty easy.Originally posted by james gerber View Postyes i have them on two of my machines (Attex) yes they stay tall and skinny, not much tread on the ground compared to others types of tires.
if i had it to do again i would go with the 21x12 but now that i have 22x11's I'm not going change.DanW

I got them on eBay, 288 all 6 delivered, they were advertised as deestone duro Stryker or something of that nature, but when delivered they are the deestone. They seem like they would work fine for in the woods or on trails.Originally posted by james gerber View PostStrykers are way heavier and more than 2 ply, not the same at all.
way more surface tension harder to turn. not much cushion.DanW

Since they don't swim well I wonder if it would be better to mount them the "right" way instead of the swimming way for trails and just general riding around.Originally posted by james gerber View Postyes they do ride and stear well, not good swimmers, 2ply gets give a little cushion along with some bounce.
tears up the yard pretty good. i like them for the price.DanW
