Came I put a tube in my 22" tires to get a feww months?

So I'm short on cash and four out of my six tires are shot. Can I save a few bucks by putting tubes in the four losers or is that just a waste of time & effort? I have a MAX II with 22"X8X11?

You could put a tube in or sometimes you can also put a tube patch on the inside of the tire. Be careful with putting tubes in with tire pressure because of the tire spinning on rim but with enough psi it should be ok.

waste i tryied that did not work we run so low pressure that the tube spins in the rim and cuts the stem . robbie

Well your right but just have to run more psi.

Tubes

If you are going to put a tube into your tire,look at where the hole for the valve stem is drilled in the rim. With a tubeless tire the mfg. can put the valves deep into the center of the rim to protect the valve. This may cause a twist in the tube and tear the valve stem even wgen the rim has not' 'spun." You can leave a tubeless valve stem in the old hole and drill a new one in a better place.

i have tubes in my max 2 tires and havent had any problems i run 7psi and useed a atv tube with the steel valve
