They only swim one way so the trick that I use is to run the front tires with the v forward and the back 4 with the v facing backwards. This allows me to have good bite coming out of the hole with the other 4 still pushing water. In reverse the front two work very well in the water getting you out of tight spots. These tire are very Tuff and with all the abuse I throw at them I have never put a hole in them broke a bead or a lug. You'll never find a tire that does it all as good as this one. If you do let me know! The only down fall of these tire's on a max two is if your local mud is tacky and snow balls on your tires you will quickly lose any clearance you gained with the heat gun. If your kinda mud is the runny kind these tire's work great.
. Probably not as much an issue on the lightweight II as it is on my front heavy argo.
