  • sand paddle Tires ?

    Hey yall New guy for FL .
    has any one try to use a sand paddle tires on a MAX ll ? I have rawhide lll 22x11x8 now and they are not getting the job done .... I was thinking of going to a paddle tires like 21x12x8 ? .
    any IDs , Thanks

    i assume the terrain is sand?
    it will be a LOT harder on sprockets, axles, chains, bearings etc but i suppose it would work if you have the clearance for the paddles

      sand and water the mud is not to bad here. I know that on my jeep they work just find . but I do not know about the max ll ? will they swim ??
      my rawhide lll just do not pull good in the sand to water .. is there a set up that is best ?? for a max ll I have 16hp

        i have no idea how well they would do in water, i would think they might do well but also maybe not since they would be so low in the water

          the paddle that I was looking at is 7/8'' tall . I think I will have to look at the chevrons and see if they will work for me ?

            i really dont know much about these tires specifically
            i have had my scrambler since november and i have less than 30 minutes on it
            my tires aren't even all the same

                Paddles won't swim, they just throw lots of water around.

                  Check out the frontier tires. Rock doctor is running them. He seems to like them.
                  Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways , cigar in one hand, whiskey in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!!"
