tires for a centaur

i am running 25 x 11.5 x 9 goodyear rawhide III tires on my centaur. i need new skins!! i found brand new 25 x 12 x 9 rawhide III's for a little under $60.00 each, but the guy says they are only single ply tires. will this size work on my centaur, and is it worthwhile buying single ply tires?

i found some rawhide III's for under $60.00 each, plus freight. the dude told me that there is a 100 of them left at his distributor. 3 ply sidewalls.

Single ply will puncture really easily. Try a tire with at least 4-ply, I think you will be happier with a stronger tire. IMO

The 25x13x9 Super Swamper Vampire would be a great way to go.....very strong, great ride, superior mudding ability, and it swims. Take a look at some of 6x6World member, Boncrshr's videos of his Hustler 950 with 25x13x9 Super Swamper Vampires to see what they're capable of.
