Stuck 1 piece tires

Any ideas on unsticking old one piece tires rusted to hubs. Penetrating oil and tapping and turning to different postions and spraying and tapping for several days has not worked.

I had to tip a machine on side once and wedge boards between the body and the tire from the bottom side before. May have to get creative with leverage.

I had similar problem. It was not easy, but I patched the tires on the machine, then drove it without lug nuts until a wheel would fall off. Then bolt that one on and keep going.
