Bent Rims what to do?

My Response has got some rims with bent rim lips, they still turn true other wise but I'd like to straighten the rim lips and give them a coat of paint. Anyone come up with a good way of doing this besides pounding the snot out of them?

bent on fixin' them..

use a pipe wrench of a decent size with leather between the jaws or a thick rag...

Heat it up with a torch and it will bend back with ease. Though it is hard on the paint.
