Will these wheel extensions work?

Can anyone tell me if this type of wheel extensions will work on a 6x6?
3 ATV WHEEL SPACERS, great deals on eBay Motors, Kawasaki on eBay!

i think that you will find the threads in the extensions are metric and the thread on your wheel studs is standard thread. so that would be no.
