Inexpensive Tires

Does anyone know of any tire dealer that has the Carlisle or Goodyear 22x11x8 at a low price (around $50 each)? Also, does anyone know where to get the 8" Argo rims? It seems that these things are hard to find at a low price. Any suggestions?
