Tires vs. hawthorn trees

I'm a new owner. I have a lot of hawthorn trees on my property. I've had them go through the soles of my tennis shoes already. I'm wondering how my tires will hold up to these thorns. GoodYear tires if this helps.

Ill third that one i had a tire with 3 plugs in the same hole put slime it and got 5 more months out of that tire.
