Several members are using Permatex to seal the bead area when mounting the tires. You could also add a product called Slime in the wheel and drive it around for a few minutes to spread it out evenly. It is made more for sealing punctures in tires, but I had a slight leak around one of my beads and it fixed it. Search the site for either Permatex or Slime and you will find more information.

Slime worked for me. I have since changed tires and used a bead sealer, so far so good but can't remember the name of the product. I left it at my friends place who helped change them for me.

I had lots of trouble with bead leaks with my tracks at 3 1/2 lbs of air but soon found out that at 5 1/2 lbs my troubles ended.

I have a set of Runamucks that had some small tears around the beads from previous mounting/ dismounting. I used the permatex, and let it dry for a few days, then put slime in all of them, aired up to 5 psi and kept flipping the tires over in different directions till they quit leaking. 5 months later and they are holding air just fine.
