Tire Slime might do the trick.

Glue the tire to the rim with http://www.permatex.com/products/aut...et_Sealant.htm break the beads, and clean the rim and tire with acetone. then brush on the permatex to the rim AND tire in any area that they touch. let it tack up for a minute or two, then seat the bead. I usually do the front bead, then break the back bead and do it. seems easier to do them one at a time. Once all the beads are glued, air them to 10ish psi and let the machine sit for a few days.

If you still have any leaks, use some slime. I usually put it in and let the tire sit bead side down for a while, then flip it over. due to the shape of the mounted tire it's tough to get the slime to the bead area, but if you work with it for a while you can get them.

I am running golf cart rims on my wild wolf with no bead lock and haven't blown a bead sense I glued the tires to the rim about a year and a half ago.

"Xtra Seal" bead sealant. Same sort of idea as the permatex. If you have an OReilly Autoparts store nearby then have them grab it from their commercial area and it's much cheaper. I think I paid $7 for the can about 2 months ago.
