    I am wondering what is better in the mud. Plastic Argo tracks 12”? Or the run mucks 22x8

    I'd say the tracks for sure. The Runamucks are not very good in the mud, especially as they start to wear down. The Runamucks are good for water speed, but I'd take tracks over them any day.

      I dont have tracks but im sure they would work better in the mud than tires without tracks.
      I think runamucks would work better in water?

          The best thing about Runamucks is the fact that you can wrap tracks around them

          I agree, tracks would be better, but if you have a bunch of rocky trails around your area, the tracks are going to take a beating. Even grit in the track pins will really reduce track life.

            About twenty years back we had two Argo six,s my father put a set of the Argo standard tracks on I ran nothing but the old Runinmucks I think they were twenty inchers back then,he would kill me in the mud but you had to watch if it was real sticky like clay they would build up and gather up grass and cattails and bog it down,they will work if your on a budget no doubt but in the long haul will wear them out,thats one of the features that the Adair and Escargo tracks have they can clean themselves out.NCT
