Debris inside Rawhide III tires

I was working on my tires and noticed something that sounded like "marbles" inside my rawhide III tires. Must be either dirt or stones inside the tire so my question: Is there a chance of internal damage to the tire or should I not worry about it and leave it alone.

It is probably dirt that gets in through the bead. That happens on these from running low psi. It then balls up into little dirt balls. I wouldn't worry about it unless its an excessive amount.
