Ramps and Rollers

Questions about exactly that...Ramps and Rollers. I coulda googled it, but im sure someone here will be a little more specific. Now, my questions are. I want motor to rev up a little bit more before it engages. For example, JUST off idle it engages, and bogs or sputters. Its a carb issue id say, but i cannot adjust it a whole heck of a lot. lol So, i need to get engine into a little higher RPMS so that it wont bog right off the line. As to say, more into the power range before it engages, rather than loading the engine right off idle.

So what should i look for, or change fellas?

A stronger drive pulley (primary) spring. I don't know your clutch but on the CVTech used on conquests this can be accomplished by shimming the spring.
Or, depending on how the top RPM is behaving (which you may not know yet) less weight in the drive pulley.
