What color spring do you have in the driven clutch on the T-20 now?

I have no clue what is in there now, I am currently in the sand box and wont be home until after the 1st of the year. at that point I am going to rebuild/OH all aspects of my machine as it has been abused previously. I was hoping some one would know what came stock in 2000 and what would work best now so I can get stuff on order before I get home.

If its from the factory and hasn't been modified, you will have the green spring clutch. This spring gives good all around performance. If you want to go faster there are several options. You could hop up the current engine for more h.p., you could upgrade engines-the bandalero motors rev high and have 30 h.p. or so and they run like nothing else I've ever driven. If you just want speed you can change the gearing on the output of your t20. From the factory you will have 15 teeth on the output gears, if you change to 17 or 19 teeth you will dramatically increase the top end but it will be at the expense of low end pull.
I think the factory Max2 is a great all around set up. If you want speed there are any number of other atvs and dune buggies out there. One of my friends recently purchased a 300cc dune buggy and that thing does nearly 60mph and actually handles very well-all for about $3000.
