  • Controls to the T-20 and the throttle grip

    Hi.

The tank project is coming along, and the T-20 is now bolted into place.

I need to make up some control levers, which is not too hard, but I recall when driving theBuggyMan11's MaxII that the throttle/stick combination was very nice, but I don't recall every detail about them. So I would like to buy/make parts that would control my throttle the same way as in the MaxII (whether that was a thumb lever, hand lever, etc.). Any advice where to get parts or equivalent parts or what dimensions are of these parts?

    Thanks

The throttle is from a snow mobile, think all bars and sticks are 7/8 tubing.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
    Joe Camel never does that.

Advice is free, it's the application that costs.

If youd like the thumb throttle style, I found that an early 90s Polaris xlt sleds make good donors, and then just measure how long of a cable you need with a string (route it exactly where your going to run it permanently) and several places stock them, I get mine from (hope I don't get in trouble for name dropping) amazon has tons of different lengths and sizes to fit almost anything.
We're not stuck, just momentarily stopped moving!
