  • Driven Clutch

Hello all, I havent posted in a while, Ive been working on diffrent project but thought that i would ride the Max lV around the yard the other day and while riding I heard something that didnt sound just right so I started looking around and found that the driven clutch had started rubbing on the motor stand at full speed, now the motor stand sits on four rubber bushings and was wondering if they can be changed to steel or do they need to be replaced back with rubber? I assume the rubber helps to keep vibration down. Maybe there is a better alternative?

Replace them with steel. The rubber allows the clutch center to center measurement to change when you apply the throttle. That keeps the clutches from working together as well as they should.
