I have a 500 series clutch that I am debating on putting on a 18hp ic the belt width should work well with my driven clutch off a Attex 252. Or would I be better off selling the 500 series and buying a new 780 series clutch and driven? Not sure what the value on these clutches are?

If you have a first gen machine and run the 21-6000 stock belt I'd give it a try, if it works great if not spend the money. There is a thread on the Attex forum that shows what appears to be just that.sigpic

check mfgsupply, think they were about what a 780 style was. You have to fins someone who needs one to be worth anything, probably in the cart world.sigpic
