Kicks out of low gear?

I have a 2010 Avenger 8x8 750 HDI SE.

This machine don't get a lot of use in low gear, however the few times I had it in the woods in Low it has kicked out to N when under a bit of a load. I guess it's possible but I would be shocked if a gear is damaged. Is there any adjustment? Maybe its not going right in low? Suggestions?

There is adjustment on the hi-low shifter. Pull the firewall and find the shift lever that is on the rear of the transmission. Losten the stop screw so the lever will move to full stop internally , then run stop screw to contact plus 1/2 turn. That should fix it , Iv found a couple jumping out and the stops were set so gears didn't engage fully.

hate to say this but i had a 91 before my 07 avenger and it started kicking out of low gear and then i lost reverse so ended up redoing the tranny.

It's been awhile, but I just had it out last weekend. I made the adjustment you suggested and it stayed in low!
I also found that the cable attached to the Hi / Low level had to be adjusted as well as the stop screw. Thanks
