  • T20 Assembly information

    What is the correct way to mount the U channels to the t20 transmission, as well as the correct adjustments for the rod, i have to make them.

    and also what is the correct fluid level for the transmission, ill be mounting a rotex 503 in it., it had a Chapperel 484 in it that is seized havent tried to unseize it yet or take it apart
    have access to many bombadeer parts thats why i chose the rotex 503

    Let me know what clutch set up you use. I'm still researching what I want to try for my 503 max II (was purchased as a partially finished project). That will be a cool Rim

      i am going to use an old stock orange bell, skidoo clutch with the attex driven clutch, ill start with that
      going to have to cut an 8th of an inch off the innner half shaft to get the right belt width, ill just start with that

        If you look in the how-to section, in the transmission articles there is a complete "how-to" for the T20 with 110 pictures. As for the fluid, the T20's capacity is 1 quart.
